I would highly recommend Steve Sales as either a buying or selling agent. 12 years ago, Steve spent weeks taking me out to find my home. His concern was always meeting my needs and the needs of my family. He never tried to steer me to homes that would give him a bigger commission. I always felt like his number one client, even though I know he had many. 12 years later, when it was time to sell my home, I knew Steve was my guy. He provided a ton of great insight and market research to help me decide how to price the house. He has an incredible team of photographers, equipped with drones, a videographer, and his assistant is top notch. Steve is not the kind of agent who just dumps your file on the desk of a junior agent and waits for his cut of the commission. He was always a phone call away, and again, I always felt like I was his number one priority. He bent over backwards to host multiple open houses, and he had my home marketed in hundreds of websites and across key markets in CA. Quite honestly I don't genuinely like sales people but Steven changed all of that for me. He is the most dependable, trustworthy and knowledgeable (sales person) real estate agent I ever known. We sold two properties and bought another one with his assistance. We must have looked at 50 house before we purchased because my wife and I couldn't agree on which house. He showed up to EVERY appointment early. Amazing!!! He knew all of the good builders and which ones to stay away from. His knowledge of HVAC systems and energy loss is unparalleled. My experience with Steven Sales began in March 2018 when my partner and I came to Las Vegas for our annual Easter visit. Steve, Chet and I talked about where we would like to live--Vegas and Buffalo area or thereabouts--and what we required. From that point on, Steve regularly sent listings regarding available properties. In October of 2018, we again made the trip to Las Vegas and Steve scheduled two or three appointments daily for us to see available properties. When the trip was about to end, we found a property that interested us and made an offer, which was ultimately rejected.When we returned to Chicago, Steve continued to send listings of available properties and in early November 2018, we found one near Sahara and Ft. Apache that really caught our interest. Although there were 32 pictures online, actually seeing the property in person would've been preferable. However, since we were still in Chicago, making another trip at that time was impossible. Consequently, Steve and two of our dearest friends in Las Vegas met at the condo and toured it together, with a room-by-room description and commentary by phone. After seeing and hearing the condo's attributes, we decided to make an offer, which was ultimately accepted. One might think that would be the end of Steve's realtor responsibilities but on the contrary, he didn't consider his job done until we moved to Las Vegas and received the keys to our "castle".While we packed up our lives in Chicago, Steve made regular visits to the property, took care of the inspection, scheduled pest control, changed the door lock and checked on the property almost weekly. By the time we arrived in Las Vegas on December 30, 2018, all we needed were the keys to the condo and furniture to fill it.To say that Steve went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. Steve is one of a kind! Our family called him in 2016 when we were looking to purchase our first home and he helped walk us through that process all the way!
